Refund Policy

We value your time, and we approach each session with care and preparation.

This policy is designed to be fair, while reflecting the work that takes place both before and during your session.

Nature of the Service

Each session includes:

  • Preparation based on your pre-session questionnaire

  • A dedicated 60-minute consultation

  • A written summary report delivered after the session

Time and preparation are committed in advance, and this is reflected in the policy below.

Cancellations

You may cancel your session with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not refundable

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session once with at least 24 hours’ notice

Rescheduled sessions should be used within a reasonable timeframe

As sessions are limited, availability may be constrained.

While we will do our best to accommodate your new timing, preferred or immediate alternatives may not always be available.

Missed Sessions

If you do not attend your scheduled session, the session will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.

After the Session

Once a session has taken place, no refunds will be provided.

This reflects the time, preparation, and expertise already delivered.

Exceptional Circumstances

If something unexpected arises, you are welcome to reach out.

Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with fairness and discretion.
